QUAY2 was recognised in 2021 at the Urban Development Insitute of Australia (UDIA) Victorian Awards as the overall winner for the Residential Development category.
The UDIA judge Peter Seamer commented, “QUAY2’s location is excellent, near to both services and the beach. The type and relaxed appearance of housing suits the Torquay lifestyle, and [we] were impressed by the level of detail in the development. Intrapac have created an excellent place to live. “Finally, the fully sold-out development was well managed and highly successful financially. Intrapac are deserving winners of this award.”
